It isn't Altec at all. Most likely it was in a cabinet with a 412a biflex and a moronic seller assumed it was Altec. The 412a didn't have a tweeter.

Glancing at his other listings, he doesn’t have any more audio gear listed. He probably thinks that’s just what it’s called.
